Fraud Alert: False Address Listing of Marrelli Trust

Marrelli Trust Company Limited has become aware that a website associated with entities identifying themselves as Escrow Holdings Inc. and Asset Trace Group has falsely listed Marrelli Trust’s address at Suite 620 – 1111 Melville Street, Vancouver, British Columbia as its business address.

Marrelli Trust has no affiliation, relationship or connection with either entity. Neither entity operates from Marrelli Trust’s offices.

Marrelli Trust has been shown communications involving purported funds being held for release and requests for advance payment. These communications appear to form part of a fraudulent advance-fee or asset-recovery scheme. Marrelli Trust is not involved in those communications or transactions and has not requested, authorized or received any related payment. 

Anyone receiving such communications should not send money or provide personal, banking or identity information. They should preserve all records, contact their financial institution immediately and report the matter to local police and the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre.

Marrelli Trust has reported the matter to the appropriate authorities and is taking steps to have the false address information removed.
